XIMENA (1) Placed 2nd last start here and has minimal work to do from the draw. Should jump out and bowl along. Bryan L Torres does know the horse very well. Sure to be thereabouts. ASTRID (5) Disappointing effort when 6th last time around here and competing at a higher level of competition. Jockey Noel Herman has a high strike rate on board. Can measure up to this company. SPASTIC BID (8) Looked outclassed when 7th last start at the track. Looking for an improved run but challenged by more formidable competitors. Should muster plenty of early toe. Will be competitive. NOHAI (2) Faded to finish 5th last time here. Expecting improvement here and will try to take advantage of the draw. First start for a new trainer but up against tougher competition. Each way appeals best.
